Monsoon, I would like to know what your doctor explained to you that streep was. I have looked in all my medical books and have found nothing named streep. Unless you meant to say strep. That is a normal flora of your body. There are infectious strains of streptococcus but to have one of these forms for 9 years would have led to genghis Greene by now. I was a lab tech for some years but have lost a couple of jobs do to my lack of concentration in the lab. This is a result of something that I was exposed to in the gulf war. I have done many c-reactive tests and most of them are testing for arthritis or some heart condition and a few other illnesses that the doctor would like to eliminate. I am curious if you took part in any testing at the VA for the gulf war syndrome. Brenda
