Jump to the IRC Server section

The JavaChat can take 30 - 60 seconds to load, depending on current network conditions.

This application requires Java suport.
This server also available via IRC at:
irc://www.gulfweb.org:7000/

IRC Server

If you have mIRC installed, and your browser is configured to use .chat files, join the GulfWeb Main Channel.

GulfWeb now has an Internet Chat Server installed. Using this server requires an IRC Client application such as mIRC or Pirch (for Windows systems) or another IRC Client applicable to your platform.

The server is accessible at (address) www.gulfweb.org (Port) 6667. This server is in an experimental status, and may not always be available

Type /help within a channel (chat room) for a list of available commands.

When you first connect to the IRC server, type /list to get a current listing of channels. Type /join #Channel_Name to enter the chat room.

Type /help for a list of available commands.
